Want to know a secret? Well if you are interested in saving money on a trip to Japan, then I would have to recommend that you check out Korean Airlines!! They are just about always one or two hundred dollars cheaper than most airlines that fly to Japan. You will still get the same great service that you get when you fly any other Asian Airlines. You will still get a nice couple of menu choices. The only downside that I can see, if it’s a downside at all, is that you usually have to fly through Seoul. I think the last several times I have flown out or into Japan I have chosen to fly on Korean due to the savings and that fact that I don’t notice any difference in the customer service. Plus I like to pick up some Korean goods at the airport shops, which is an added bonus.

Last month my wife and I flew on Korean Airlines with our 1 year old son. We were surprised at the amount and quality of the food in our meals, and more importantly in the child’s meals. Plus the Korean Airlines actually gave out toys!
