A flower in my friends garden that was taken last spring. i am not sure what kind of flower it is though. Any ideas?

This is a picture I took a while back at Ohori Koen (Park). It’s of the bridge that leads to the island in the middle of the park. What I remember most about this picture is that people often came to the part to practice musical instruments, and there was this older guy that played some kind of horn.
